    National Trade Union Confederation "Cartel ALFA" was founded in 1990 with the purpose of establishing a real and authentic representation of the Romanian workers.

    The fundamental objective of the NTUC "Cartel ALFA" is to strengthen the romanian democracy and to defend and protect the interests of the workers and the social justice. The confederation constantly militates for job creation, improving the life and working conditions of its members, for a proper wage policy and for stability and sustainable development.
