    Goals / Remit

    CTC is a not for profit research and consultancy organisation. We have been working on all aspects of sustainability since 1992.

    Over the past decade we have worked on different aspects of food waste measurement and prevention at different stages of the supply chain. Our aim is to support national agencies address the food waste issue, understand the root causes of food waste and develop and implement prevention based measures.
