ANESVAP es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro registrada en el Registro Nacional de Asociaciones que se financia exclusivamente con las cuotas de sus socios y cuyas cuentas se hacen públicas en cada asamblea anual. Estatutariamente, no se admite injerencia alguna, sea económica o de cualquier otra naturaleza, de la industria tabaquera, farmacéutica, del control del tabaco o del propio sector independiente del cigarrillo electrónico. La Asociación Española de Usuarios de Vaporizadores Personales (ANESVAP) es una organización creada para defender el derecho que tiene toda persona mayor de edad a utilizar vaporizadores personales para abandonar el tabaco.
