APIAFCO - Associazione Psoriasici Italiani Amici della Fondazione Corazza

Since 2017, the association has been fighting every day for the right to health and the quality of life of psoriatic patients and, from 2021, also of atopic patients. APIAFCO wants to be a point of reference for psoriasis and atopic dermatitis patients, works for their systematic involvement in the treatment path, to see the pathologies recognized within health policies and to define the best assistance path that those who need suffer from these pathologies. Psoriasis is a non-contagious, devastating, chronic, relapsing and often depressing skin disease. Apiafco is alongside psoriatic patients every day, fighting for their right to health and to improve their quality of life. A commitment that is now also aimed at those suffering from atopic dermatitis, a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by the presence of lesions on the skin and itching, factors that determine a serious decline in the quality of life among those who are affected by this pathology.

We operate in the health sector for the recognition of the pathologies treated by the association - psoriasis and atopic dermatitis - within health policies. The activities are aimed at protecting the rights of patients, to ensure equal access to treatment and the right therapeutic path
