    EU Transparency Register

    923195035655-58 First registered on 16 Aug 2019

    Goals / Remit

    ∫ = μ / σ( n)( n)A) The European Commission's plan is to finance sustainable growth.( n)(
n)B) Energy Union and with Climate protection.( n)( n)C) Publication of information about
private organisation, which carries out eligible activities.( n)( n)D) EU contributions to public
consultation of the European Parliament are objectives and tasks which in turn require a
public registration in the EU-transparency database (EU- register).( n)( n)E) As an own
contribution for goals and tasks to the nationally Determined contribution (NDC), the
European Council adopted the Paris climate agreement of 12. December 2015 mandatory
and quantified CO2 reduction targets by year 2020 (for emissions in Austria, this is a
reduction from 16 percent to the year 2020 compared to 2005).( n)( n)F) For our next
generation and in the general interest the period up to the year 2030, the EU is already
proposing further targets ("EU climate and energy Package 2030"). These foresee an EUwide
reduction target of greenhouse gas emissions of at least 40 percent to 2030 compared
to 1990.( n)( n)G) Public Consultation for Contributions to the Paris climate agreement from
    12. December 2015, because it is primarily the energy policy task to contribute
economically with contributions against the greenhouse effect and climate change, following
a few requests from citizens, from the European Parliament, and from certain EU Member
States.( n)( n)H) Through efficient use of resources, the naturally occurring sustainable and
regenerative energy carrier, there is again energy self-sufficiency of the company and for
our next generations.( n)( n)I) Global warming and the associated greenhouse effect
through the reciprocal swinging of the CO2 emissions in the atmosphere are long known.
he effects on global ocean and air currents and the declining nutrient content of crops for
world food are certainty, but every person has an active and passive opportunity to contribute by preventing the progress of climate change.( n)( n)J) The entire natural
resources are the basis of all operating and economic activities. But competitive
disadvantages, which due to an inefficient use of this regenerable (inexhaustible) energy
resource can arise also endanger or degenerate jobs of companies.( n)( n)K) Findings on
the project, the investment analysis of the project, are in this project responsible for the
environment and society is regulated in the general interest.( n)( n)L) The naturally
occurring sustainable and regenerative energy sources for us are currently the solar energy,
water energy and biogas energy with absolute exclusion of nuclear energy.( n)( n)M)
Smaller hydropower plants are particularly ecological as well as the project of the small
hydropower plant "Ralserhof", who, by their size, do not demand serious interference with
nature, but especially with self-proclaimed conservationists, who are committed to any kind
of renewable energy, Hydropower plants are controversial in contradiction.( n)( n)N) A few
positive hydropower plants prove it repeatedly, that we put energy policy in symbiosis with
environmental and climate protection together with economic resource consumption without
taking greater risks, to still be responsible to the environment and society.( n)( n)O) If
alternative energy sources are not researched and developed in the future will be through
the shortage of fossil fuels result in an increase in price, which in turn has a more expensive
effect on the natural resources of nature occurring energy carrier will pass.( n)( n)P) What
sustainable and renewable sources of energy, also in economic terms in the optimal ratio
used and earned economically.( n)( n)Q) From the feasibility comes efficient use of
resources with this inexhaustible energy from the nature of producing the same production
result the electric energy with less natural consumption (resources) is produced.

    A) Transparency enables citizens to be better involved in the decision-making process and to ensure greater legitimacy, efficiency and responsibility for the administration towards the citizen in a democratic system. Transparency contributes to the strengthening of the principles of democracy and respect for fundamental rights enshrined in article 6 of the EU-Treaty and in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
    B) Publication of information on organizations carrying out eligible activities of agriculture and forestry is suitable for promotion on the www.transparenzdatenbank.at website.
    C) Within the framework of the European Transparency Initiative, EU- Member States are obliged to provide information on organizations the eligible activities of payments under the EU- common agricultural policy in the EU- transparency database.
    D) The European Commission has set up its own website http://ec.europa.eu/agriculture/funding/index_de.htm , which contains links to the websites of each EU- Member State.
    E) With the publication of information on organizations carrying out eligible activities, the European Union pursues the objective of making the public more transparent about how payments in the agricultural sector are used.
    F) During the reform of the CAP, the original provisions (Regulation (EG) No 1290/2005 in conjunction with of the implementing Regulation (EG) No 259/2008) on the publication of organizations carrying out eligible activities have been amended by agricultural payments. The existing legal bases for publication are laid down in regulation (EU) no 1306/2013, art. 111-art. 114 and in the implementing Regulation (EU) no 908/2014, art. 57 – art. 62.
    G) Accordingly, from 2015 onwards, natural persons must also be published through organizations which carry out eligible activities. To be published are: name, municipality and postal code, amount of payments from the EGFL, amount of payments from the ELER including the national shares, and description of the supported measures, indicating the respective EU- fund.
    H) EU- contributions to public consultation of the European Parliament are actions which in turn require a public registration in the EU- transparency database (EU- register).
    I) In the national accounts, our organisation contributes in turn to the general- public consultation, which is registered in the transparency database of all organizations, depending on our business accounting.
    J) As an own contribution for specific activities falling within the scope of the register to the nationally determined contribution (NDC) on the naturally occurring sustainable and regenerative energy sources, following a few requests from citizens, from the European Parliament, and from certain EU Member States.
    K) Thus, a reduction of resource consumption is off non-renewable energy sources compared to these renewable ones given to energy carriers and brings the society through the efficient value creation a wealth to the general advantage.
    L) Publication of information on organizations carrying out eligible activities.
    M) EU- Member States are obliged to provide information on organizations the eligible activities of payments under the EU- common agricultural policy in the EU- transparency database.
    N) The naturally occurring sustainable and regenerative energy sources for us are currently solar energy, water energy and biogas energy.
    O) As with all renewable energy sources, no pollutants and greenhouse gases are directly released in the use of this renewable, sustainable source of energy and are thus in the long-term, public and in the national economic interest essential part of environmental and climate protection and for our next generation.

    P) The EU Joint Transparency Register is expected to register any organization performing eligible activities. Thus, our organization receives ongoing funding for our eligible activities from the EU.

    Other activities

    ∫ = μ / σ
    A) Energy Union and with Climate protection.
    B) This eligible activity in the organisation of agriculture and forestry is suitable for promotion on the www.transparenzdatenbank.at
website, all payment recipients of funds from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EGFL) and from the European Agriculture
Fund for Rural Development (ELER) will be covered by the 31.05 of a Year for the previous EU- financial year.
The EU- financial year begins on 16.10 of a year and ends on 15.10 of the following year.

    C) The European Commission has set up its own website
http://ec.europa.eu/agriculture/funding/index_de.htm , which contains links to the websites of
    each EU- Member State.
    D) Global warming and the associated greenhouse effect through the reciprocal swinging of the
CO2 emissions in the atmosphere are long known. The effects on global ocean and air currents
and the declining nutrient content of crops for world food are certainty, but every person has an
active and passive opportunity to contribute by preventing the progress of climate change.
    E) In practice, almost every Tyrolean household or business supplying energy with electrical
energy is supplied with the natural resources of hydropower, the naturally occurring and
    sustainable source of energy.
    F) All these energy consumers have no problem with electrical energy Hydropower to be
supplied. Positive examples between humans, nature and energy use prove time and again that
we are resource efficient Energy policy in symbiosis with environmental and climate protection
can operate without taking any major risks from the absolute exclusion of nuclear energy.
    G) From an economic point of view, nuclear power plants, the goal of the economic maxims for
profit maximization is missing, as the means of construction and operation of nuclear power
plants disproportionate to the long-time of applying the funds for the global safekeeping of
radioactive nuclear waste, as of the fission products this is 0.7% resulting iodine isotope 129I
with a half-life of Emits 15.7 million years of radiation emission (t1 / 2 = 15.7 Ma), which in turn
has a disruptive effect on ecology.
    H) Based on the special directive of the BMLFUW on the granting of payments for areas
disadvantaged for natural or other specific reasons, funds from the EU, the federal government
and the country were allocated to the holding.
    I) The EU Joint Transparency Register is expected to register any organization performing eligible
activities. Thus, our organization receives ongoing funding for our eligible activities from the EU.
