    Goals / Remit

    The “Royal Princess Anna Foundation is a non-governmental, non-for-profit and non-political organization which was established by the royal princess of Georgia Princess Anna to promote the development of an open society in Georgia by developing and implementing a range of programs and activities that address specific areas of needs including legal reform, good governance, public health, social, civic engagement and media.
    Through its work, it promotes the creation of the scientific, technical and social prerequisites for an open Internet search. For this purpose, it works through its external impact and networks towards a broad social awareness and the creation of the legal-organizational framework for an open and free internet search in and for Europe. This is done on the basis of the European legal and value system and to strengthen the right to informational self-determination and the right to privacy on the Internet. Its goal, in line with the increasing importance of the digital sphere.
