Other financial info
Granta Design Ltd. was acquired by Ansys Inc. Feb 01, 2020, and we declared our LE status from that point forward. We are widely known as the Materials Business Unit for Ansys Inc. Granta Design Ltd. was fully dissolved and merged with Ansys UK Ltd on March 31st 2021. We await public documents to confirm the universal take-over with the European Commission (anticipated for September 2021 on UK Companies House). The financial statements on UK Companies House only date to the end of January (half-year), which does not fulfil the transparency requirements in full. Please feel free to ask for more details as needed to ensure the EC is satisfied that we have been transparent on our figures. Our financial accounts for 2020 are still under audit and will be released by the end of 2021.
