    Goals / Remit

    JIIP is currently a collaboration between 3 Research & Technology Organisations (RTO's): TNO, Tecnalia and VTT . It is a Think Tank in the field of research and innovation policy. The goal of JIIP is to support policy making organisations in the EU to improve these policies, both for the public benefit as for the stakeholders.
    In particular, the observatory aims at providing an information basis for enhanced understanding of the initiatives and the features of mission-orientation and to facilitate comparison between different initiatives. It thus serves as a platform for collecting and dissemination relevant information for policy-makers as well as experts.
