    Camara de la Industria Aceitera de la República Argentina, es una institución fundada en 1980, con el objetivo central de proteger y promover los intereses de la actividad industrial dedicada al procesamiento de granos oleaginosos en la Argentina, que agrupa a la mayoría de las empresas que elaboran aceites vegetales y harinas proteicas del país. Más del 95% de la industrialización de granos oleaginosos del país y las exportaciones argentinas de productos resultantes de la molienda de granos oleaginosos son realizadas por las empresas socias a esta Cámara. Los principales granos oleaginosos procesados son la soja y el girasol, pero también se muelen semilla de cártamo, maní, algodón, entre otras oleaginosa.
