    Among their main objectives to foster comparative studies on a European scale regarding the development and dissemination of knowledge and the innovation and sustainable development agriculture, land use and food supply.Furthermore, the exchange of information among scientists, the dissemination of science-based information for the proper education of the public, as European citizens demand to be better and correctly informed.
    The creation of UEAA seems to respond to a real need at the European level and its role may be very important for the development of a European research area, providing the agricultural and food sectors with a platform of scientists and stakeholders that can contribute to the policymaking process

    Après une période de ralentissement de l'activité, l'UEAA concentre ses efforts de réflexion sur la PAC ainsi que sur la formation des futurs agriculteurs. Elle a pris rendez vous avec avec le Commissaire de l'Agriculture de l'UE Ph Hogan pour lui présenter les réflexions de l'UEAA en matière de PAC.
