B. Participate in decision-making on the World Roma Federation's development strategy, how to fund activities and develop action plans, with the exception of observer members;

C. To take part in the activities of the Federation, to participate in the discussions and debates on the fulfillment of the World Roma Federation's objectives, to freely express their opinions on all issues regarding World Roma Federation's activity;

D. Be appointed as representatives of the Federation, with the exception of observer members;

E. To benefit from the actions and activities organized by the Federation;

F. To be regularly informed or on request about the activities initiated and carried out by the World Roma Federation
