Goals / Remit
ESTELA is the European Solar Thermal Electricity Association that was created in 2007 and started operating in Brussels in March 2008. ESTELA currently has 54 members and represents directly and indirectly more than 130 companies. One of the main activities of ESTELA is to closely collaborate with the EU institutions in order to obtain mutual benefits. ESTELA believes that developing Solar Thermal Electricity technologies will help achieve most of the EU policies and initiatives in the energy field.
