    Complementary Information

Currently, SGRE has no fully devoted department of Government / Public Affairs as it has been transferred to Siemens Energy since May/July 2023. Siemens Energy initiated the tender offer in May 2022 to acquire all remaining shares of SGRE and concluded in December 2022. The integration process is not finalised yet and officially two companies (with two different brands are operating); however, the Siemens Energy Government Affairs department is the owner of all the government affairs activities of both companies.

The reason why we still would like to have SGRE in the Transparency Register is because our top managers (CEO, CCO, etc.) usually participate in high level events or 1-1 meetings. So, as the above boxes require to include x for being able to submit, I added 2 in the 10% box corresponding to some activities of the top managers.
